Port Chester, NY voting

Subject: Port Chester, NY voting

I hope this is challenged in court as being unconstitutional. This needs to head straight to the Supreme Court. The entire voting process will change otherwise.

How is it that this isn’t racist? Votes based on ethnicity? A profile? Being a minority in one town/county? (What if a person is bi-racial?)

If I live in a community where I am a minority, do I have more voting power? Can I pull the lever 6 times? 10 times?

Many of the non-voting Hispanics in Port Chester are illegal. Representing Hispanic interests…more taxpayer spending programs? Interpreters, licenses, bi-lingual signs, free housing?

Reminds me of the University of Michigan that was giving points for ethnicity. Part of affirmative action. Until it was struck down.
