On Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 12 Noon, there will be a press conference at Lawyers Mall, Annapolis, MD with Charles Lollar. Lollar will be joined by Governor John Sununu as he officially files as a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from the 5th Congressional District of Maryland. Lollar will address issues important to his congressional district such as jobs, government spending, and health care reform. He will also make brief remarks regarding the impact of the tea party movement, illegal immigration and allegations of racism on the 2010 elections.

Through his candidacy, Mr. Lollar seeks to create a "New Day for Maryland." He is a fierce advocate of limited, constitutional government that allows citizens the opportunity to exercise their right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, free of government intrusion. Mr. Lollar is a husband, father of four daughters, businessman, and Marine Corps Reserve officer.
